Kim Milikowski, President/Owner

A native of Manchester, CT, Kim graduated from the University of Connecticut in Storrs with a Bachelor’s degree in Business in 1985. She was then employed as a sales associate in Fairfield County with Metromedia, a national retailer of paging services. In 1989 she left to open Express Paging, Inc., a paging-service reseller. Express grew quickly as the demand for cellular service in the state grew.
As the market began to grow, Express partnered with Metro Mobile, which expanded and became Bell Atlantic Nynex Mobile, Bell Atlantic Mobile and then Verizon. Today, 22 years later, Express operates in four Connecticut locations (Vernon, Enfield, Stafford and Ellington), employing 24 people.
Kim is a current board member for the Channel 3 Kids Camp and the Tolland County Chamber of Commerce. She is also a past board member for Hockanum Industries.
Kim lives in Stafford where she and her family raise miniature donkeys at Foster Hill Farm and enjoy the company of their dogs, cats and goats. The entire family enjoys gardening together and entertaining friends and family at their farm.
Peter Bellefleur, VP Operations

Peter has been with Express-Verizon for 17 years, starting out as a pager repair technician. He is our go-to guy when it comes to any phone or computer question. In fact, there are some loyal customers who just won’t let anyone but Peter help them. He has been using the Internet before there were web browsers, when connection speeds topped out at 300bps!
Peter has lived in East Hartford his entire life. An avid outdoorsman, he can be found on either the Hop River trail system or West Hartford Reservoir as soon as the snow melts. He loves cars, but tends to like models that aren’t popular, like late ‘70s AMCs, ‘80s Chryslers and 90’s Lancias.
Mary-Elizabeth Bagley, Store Manager
“My favorite Smartphone apps are the Calendar and the Bank of America app. Although I love the Droid, I do enjoy the simplicity of the BlackBerry.”
Born and raised in Stafford, Conn., Mary-Elizabeth graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Communication and Leadership Studies. She has worked at Express since 2009, starting out as a sales associate and has been promoted to her current position as Stafford store manager. In her free time, Mary-Elizabeth is usually shopping!
Sarah Clark, Senior Sales Associate/Marketing Coordinator

Sarah graduated from the University of Hartford in 2009 with a Bachelors in Communications. Sarah runs the Social Media sites for Express: Facebook, Twitter, and our blog. She loves working with technology and keeping up to date with new gadgets so she can help customers know what to look for next. She encourages everyone to come to her with any questions!
Kassandra Machia, Store Manager

Since starting with Express Verizon during the Summer of 2010, Kassandra has been promoted to the postion of Manager of our Ellington location. As a resident of Vernon she enjoys staying active in her community. She is now looking forward to meeting the customers of the Ellington branch as she develops a relationship with the surrounding businesses and people of the area. She welcomes new visitors to come check out our newest store and meet her!
Brittney Farrell, Senior Sales Associate

A Vernon resident, Brittney has been with Express for two and a half years, with five years in the industry. Brittney enjoys working out at the gym, cooking and spending time with friends and family. She is also an avid social media hound.
Janette Dion, Senior Sales Consultant/Business-to-Business Specialist

Born, raised and currently living in Ellington, Janette has been in the wireless industry since 1994. She has been a sales associate, a store manager, a service manager, and a multi-store manager. She is a member of the Tolland County Chamber of Commerce, and enjoys attending seminars to boost her knowledge.
